David F. Apple

Mr. Apple is a Founding Partner of Archbrook Capital Management, LLC where he focuses primarily on sourcing, structuring, executing and monitoring Archbrook’s private investments. Prior to that, Mr. Apple was a Vice President at SG Cowen Securities in its Leveraged Finance Group where he was responsible for structuring, executing and marketing bank, bond, bridge and mezzanine financings for corporate acquisitions and leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Apple was an Associate in the High Yield Group at Bank of America Securities where executed high yield and bridge financings, predominantly for leveraged buyout transactions.   Mr. Apple currently serves on the Boards of Clinical Financial Services, LLC, Commercial Credit Group Inc., FactorTrust Inc., Heritage Union LLC, and Home Care Delivered, Inc., and was a former board member of SpineMedica, Inc.

Mr. Apple received an MBA from the University of North Carolina, where he graduated with honors, and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

John F. McGlinn II

Mr. McGlinn is a Founding Partner of Archbrook Capital Management LLC where he focuses primarily on raising capital for Archbrook’s various investments and on making the asset allocation and investment decisions of Golden Eagle Partners, Archbrook’s hedge fund. Since 1996, Mr. McGlinn has served as the President of Tarbhan Associates, Inc., the predecessor General Partner of Golden Eagle Partners. Prior to founding Archbrook, Mr. McGlinn was responsible for making all the investment decisions of Golden Eagle Partners.  Mr. McGlinn currently serves on the Board of Clinical Financial Services, LLC.

Mr. McGlinn received an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Timothy P. O’Connell

Mr. O’Connell is a partner of Archbrook Capital Management LLC having joined in May 2004. Mr. O’Connell focuses both on public and private investments and on managing Archbrook’s financial and reporting operations. Prior to joining Archbrook, beginning in 1993, Mr. O’Connell served in numerous senior financial management roles with one of the country’s premier media companies, Tribune Company.  Mr. O’Connell began his career in professional services with the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand in Chicago. Mr. O’Connell is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. O’Connell received an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
